Den Themen Flucht, transnationale Bewegungsfreiheit und Abschiebung widmet sich die Kunstausstellung „Bewegte Bilder“ in Paderborn. Mit der Aktion wollen wir auf die Lage der Geflüchteten, insbesondere in Deutschland, aufmerksam machen. Schutzsuchende werden durch die Abschiebepraxis dauerhaften Existenzängsten ausgesetzt. Durch Behörden, Papiere und Vorurteile werden gewichtige Schutzgründe ignoriert und prekäre Lebenssituationen keinerlei Rechnung getragen. Unter dem Motto „Bewegte Bilder“ wird es ein vielfältiges Programm im September geben:

Vom 11.9. bis 6.10. gibt es die Ausstellung an ausgewählten Terminen mit Vorträgen am 11.9., 13.9. und 20.9. im Stadtcampus im Stadtzentrum. Öffnungszeiten unbedingt beachten! ( Siehe hier)

Hinter dem Busbahnhof Westerntor nach rechts in die Alte Torgasse einbiegen; auf der linken Seite, direkt gegenüber dem Eingang zu Galeria Kaufhof, am „Eingang 5“ (Parkhaus Königsplatz) mit dem Aufzug in den 6. Stock fahren. Dann ist der StadtCampus erreicht.
Programm
13.9.: 19:00 Uhr – Vortrag & Präsentation Martin Kolek zu „Katastrophe Mittelmeer und in unseren Köpfen“ mit Lesung aus seinem Buch „Neuland“
20.9., 19:00 Uhr – Vortrag von Johanna Gramlich, Geflüchtetenhilfe Lippe, und Erlebnisbericht eines Geflüchteten Roma zu der Problematik „Sichere Herkunftsländer“ sowie der Situation geflüchteter Roma
Die Kunstaktion ist Teil der Kampagne We’ll Come United!, die am 16. September mit der Antirassistischen Parade / dem commUNITY-Carnival in Berlin ihren Abschluss finden wird. Im Fokus der Kampagne stehen Geflüchtete, die Verbesserung ihrer Rechte und der gemeinsame Kampf um die Verbesserung ihrer Situation.
For the right to move!
In Paderborn there will be an art exhibition about flight, freedom of transnational movement, deportation and detention centers. We want to raise awareness about the current situation and racist practices that refugees, especially in Germany, face every day. While trying to seek refuge. they have to face consistent existential fears due to ruthless deportation practices. Their right to protection and safety as well as their precarious living conditions are not considered or ignored by the law, the authorities and prejudice.
With “Moving Art – Works about refugees, deportation and detention centers” we all become artists and present our thoughts and concerns in all its forms:
From 11th Sept until 06th Oct: Permanent display of the art at the citycampus (Königsplatz 1, 33098 Paderborn) with several small events.

You’ll find the exhibition at „Eingang 5“ (entrance to parking lot Königsplatz) in the „Alte Torgasse“, directly opposite to the entrance of Galeria Kaufhof. Then, you’ll have to take the lift to the 6th floor to arrive at the City Campus.

The art exhibition is part of the campaign We’ll Come United! finding its conclusion on 16th of Septembre with the antiracist parade / commUNITY-carnival in Berlin. The campaign is focussing on refugees, their rights and the united struggle for the betterment of their situation.
